About
- I am a PhD candidate in the Organizational Behavior track, focusing on employee wellbeing. I’m especially interested in employee mental health; my research seeks to better understand the experience of individuals with mental health challenges and the unique barriers they may encounter in the workplace. I'm also passionate about understanding how mental health interacts with the modern/future workplace and virtual environment. In my dissertation, I seek to understand how working remotely (compared to in-person) uniquely impact individuals who experience depression. Prior to the PhD program, I worked in a variety of business and higher education roles. After receiving an MBA, I worked in marketing for both a natural foods ecommerce company and a family startup. In the field of higher education, I held advising and teaching positions at San Diego State University and the University of Oregon, respectively.
