Graduation Application

The online graduation application is available on the first day of each quarter. Please apply by the deadline posted on the main page of the application portal for the quarter you wish to graduate. Students must apply for graduation in order to graduate.

  • Students must be enrolled in classes during the quarter they plan to graduate.
  • On the graduate application form, specify “non-thesis” in response to the question about a “thesis” or “non-thesis” program.
  • The online graduation application provides an automatic degree audit of your transcript regarding the UW Graduate School requirements for graduation.
  • Once you apply for graduation, the MBA Program Office conducts an MBA degree audit, after which you will receive an email that details specific classes and requirements that you must complete to graduate with an MBA degree.
