World-Class Faculty

Professor Rutz teaches Customer Analytics. He is an expert in the fields of database marketing and e-commerce, and winner of the O’Dell Award awarded by the American Marketing Association.

Professor Yoganarasimhan is the Director of the Foster Customer Analytics Center. She teaches Analytics for Firm Decisions and researches big data and social influence models. She has a PhD from Yale University.

Professor Jain teaches marketing and international business. He is an expert in the fields of experimental design and artificial intelligence. He is a Distinguished Faculty Fellow at the Foster Customer Analytics Center.
