Executive Development Program

Nine months, one evening per week + one off-site retreat
Our flagship program for senior managers, the Executive Development Program (EDP) is a comprehensive work-compatible certificate program designed for busy professionals who want access to advanced business knowledge without the time or funding commitment of a traditional MBA degree program.  Taught by the University of Washington’s nationally ranked Foster School of Business faculty, EDP examines fundamental management topics in a nine-month format that focuses on practical business applications.

Minority Business Executive Program

Two-week online program
This accelerated program is designed to grow business leaders from companies owned by people of color, women, veterans, disabled, and LGBTQ individuals. Participants will learn to utilize financial tools to make more effective decisions, develop and understand long-term strategic plans for growth and sustainability, manage their processes and projects more efficiently, and develop their leadership skills.
