Executive Development Program
Nine months, one evening per week + two off-site retreats
Our flagship program for senior managers, the Executive Development Program (EDP) is a comprehensive work-compatible certificate program designed for busy professionals who want access to advanced business knowledge without the time or funding commitment of a traditional MBA degree program. Taught by the University of Washington’s nationally ranked Foster School of Business faculty, EDP examines fundamental management topics in a nine-month format that focuses on practical business applications.

Four months, two evenings per week
The Business Management Certificate is a comprehensive part-time program designed for early to mid-career professionals. In the course you will learn key business principles and leadership skills for advancing your career. Minority Business Executive Program
Two-week online and in-person program
This accelerated program is designed to grow business leaders from companies owned by people of color, women, veterans, disabled, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Participants will learn to utilize financial tools to make more effective decisions, develop and understand long-term strategic plans for growth and sustainability, manage their processes and projects more efficiently, and develop their leadership skills.
