About
- I am a second-year doctoral student Management and Organizations department, specializing in Organizational Behavior. My research interests stem from the intersection of work and nonwork, particularly with regards to work-family challenges and mental health. I’m especially interested in the rise of conversations around mental health in organizations, and how this trend influences leader-follower relationships. A second stream of research interest involves employee voice in the workplace.
