Welcome Weekend Schedule (PDF)

As part of Welcome Weekend, we’ll host a FOSTERing MBA Community & Connections Diversity Coffee Social from 3:00-4:00pm on Friday, Jan 31, featuring students from Foster’s diversity clubs and Consortium members. Come build community and have casual, candid chats about the Foster student experience with students who have historically been underrepresented in the MBA landscape.

Financial Assistance: Two nights of accommodations at a local hotel (Thursday and Friday) and primary transportation expenses (flight, train, bus or mileage) up to $200.00 will be provided to any admitted student visiting from outside the Puget Sound area, as well as an additional $200 for the student’s significant other’s travel. Admitted students and their guests who have opted for hotel accommodations will be staying at The Graduate, 4507 Brooklyn Avenue NE, Seattle, WA, 98105.

There’s no need to worry about booking your room; we will handle everything. Simply show up at the hotel, check in, and let them know you are here for Foster Welcome Weekend!

If you would like to get a head start on processing your transportation reimbursement, find the reimbursement form now, and know that we will also provide one to you during Welcome Weekend. Reimbursements will be processed after the travel has occurred.
