Admitted Students

Welcome, Class of 2026!

Congratulations on your admission to the University of Washington’s Full-time MBA Program at the Michael G. Foster School of Business. We are excited to welcome you to our close-knit and collaborative MBA community. At Foster you will find a diverse, yet similarly talented group of purpose-driven leaders committed to working together to achieve great things and lift each other up as you all rise.

In our program, you will learn from award-winning faculty, trend-setting business leaders, accomplished alumni, and one another. You will work together with students to lead the student experience through clubs, the MBA Association, and social events where your contribution plays a key role in our vibrant community. What you learn in your coursework and leadership experiences combines with your professional development to create a truly transformational experience that positions you to lead with impact.

As a part of your consideration of our offer of admission, we encourage you to connect with current students. History suggests that students are attracted to Foster for a host of reasons and decide to become a Husky because of the strength of our authentic, supportive, and generative community. We invite you to join our Class of 2026 LinkedIn Group to connect with your fellow admitted students and to experience this community yourself at Welcome Weekend.

We strongly encourage you to save the date and plan to attend our upcoming Welcome Weekend, with the main program being held on April 19, 2024. Please join us to connect with current students, staff, faculty, and alumni to learn more about what makes the Foster Full-time MBA Program truly exceptional. This event will be informative, celebratory, and appropriate to attend whether you have already decided to attend Foster or are still weighing your options. We certainly hope you will join us.

With your commitment to enroll in the program, you will be connected to the best-in-class resources of the MBA Career Management office and our MBA Program Office. Your professional development and community building experience starts early, so plan to engage in the events, opportunities, and resources available to you over the spring and summer months.

The Foster Full-Time MBA Program officially begins with mandatory Orientation on August 21 for international students and August 26 for domestic students. Classes start in mid-September, and your calendar will quickly start to fill up with both academic and social commitments, so be sure to save these dates.

If you have any questions, please reach out to a member of the admissions team or contact the Foster MBA Program office at [email protected]. We look forward to having you with us at Foster!
