- I am a PhD candidate in the area of Organizational Behavior/Human Resources. My research is broadly interested in understanding how our society can preserve employee well-being, both at work and at home. In my research projects, I cover topics such as the future of work, the virtual envionment & technology, the increasingly blended work-family interface, and physical & mental health. I have 10+ years of involvement in the field of higher education (e.g., advising, teaching, research) at various universities.
