Research Interests
- I am broadly interested in the ways in which employees can experience their work more positively and meaningfully. Specifically, I am curious about the interplay between work and identity, as well as the impact of small interactions and practices between coworkers and leader-follower pairs in shaping individual experiences at and perceptions of work.
