Course Overview
In today’s world of constant communications, less is more, and the “so what” of emails must be clear to the audience. This workshop touches on common written communications to key stakeholders including program reviews, executive summaries, and emails requesting action. Participants will learn the “ABC’s” of writing for executive engagement to ensure that emails capture attention, are brief and clear, and are relevant to their organizations, executives and customers.
This course is offered on its own or as part of the Business Communication Certificate.

During her tenure as a Senior Consultant with Potential Project, she partnered with Fortune 500 executives to elevate performance, communication, and creativity. She holds a BA in Contemplative Psychology and an MA in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University, ES, combining an understanding of human behavior with strategic organizational insights.
A published writer, Libby has contributed to the Harvard Business Review’s “The Mind of the Leader” and penned a celebrated monthly column on the arts for 002 Magazine. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in competitive tennis, adventure skiing, and the art of sailing—a metaphor she views as a powerful reflection of life’s ever-changing and unpredictable nature. Libby divides her time between San Francisco, Hawaii, and Houston, embracing each location’s unique energy and inspiration.
