Information Systems & Operations Management
UW Foster School of Business offers four different MBA degree programs: Full-time MBA, Evening MBA, Technology Management MBA (TMMBA), Executive MBA (EMBA) and Hybrid MBA. Students who choose the part-time TMMBA and EMBA programs will find a preset curriculum designed to enhance leadership and strategic thinking skills. Full-time and Evening MBA students take an integrated core during their first year and then choose from a wide variety of electives thereafter. OPMGT 502 Introduction to Operations Management (3)
Managerial decision making in operations problems, including application of quantitative analysis and use of computers. Production of goods or services in any type of organization. Inventory management, scheduling, facility location, management of service systems, and quality assurance. Prerequisite: QMETH 500.
QMETH 501 Decision Support Models (2)
Introduction to computer-based modeling techniques for management decision making. Linear programming, decision analysis, and simulation. Formulation and interpretation. Prerequisite: QMETH 500, B A 500, or equivalent.

Full-time and Evening MBA students are able to focus their degree by taking electives.
