This session explores the systems people use for processing information and making decisions. We will draw on cognitive psychology and behavioral economics to examine common biases that get in the way of effective decision-making. An interactive and rich learning experience
The online remote learning will consist of both synchronous live sessions as well as asynchronous sessions to allow participants in different time zones to prepare for class in their own time and pace. Whether you join all sessions in a live format or have a live discussion after reviewing recorded sessions, the format allows greater flexibility to accommodate different learning styles.

A key deliverable is the capstone project. The objectives of this project are to:
1. Address real-world challenges outside of the classroom sessions.
2. Provide time to apply what you learn in Module 1 throughout Module 2.
3. Continue to connect and engage with class, faculty, and industry leaders throughout Module 2.
4. Receive valuable feedback from experienced board members on issues surrounding the financial institutions.
