CISB students are required to study abroad in the target language through either Foster School exchanges or one of the many other programs available through the UW. They can, alternatively, take an internship abroad. Admission to CISB is contingent on admission to the Foster School Undergraduate Program.
Who can apply
Undergraduates admitted to or applying concurrently to the Foster School of Business.
Students who are not in the Foster School must submit both the CISB application and the Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration application. Admission to CISB is competitive and based on academic record, accomplishments, and demonstrated commitment to language and international studies.
How to apply
The priority application deadlines for CISB are October 5th for winter quarter admission and April 5th for autumn quarter admission. Applications are accepted on rolling basis after the priority deadline on a space-available basis. The CISB application requires you to submit unofficial transcripts and a signed degree plan completed with the CISB adviser or any Foster School adviser.
