Our faculty actively engage with business leaders and students to develop and share new insights that span the areas of Asset Pricing and Investments, Corporate Finance and Governance, Fintech, Household and Behavioral Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Small and Minority Business Economics, and Machine Learning applications in finance.

About our Faculty

We’re at the end of an era! After 12 years as Department Chair, Jarrad Harford has decided to step down from this leadership role. Among the most important of Jarrad’s many accomplishments during his time as Department Chair have been building and further strengthening a dynamic and productive group of faculty who excel at both research and in the classroom, and overseeing a sustained development of the doctoral program, tirelessly mentoring and supporting the next generation of thought leaders in finance.

Jarrad is being replaced as Department Chair by Philip Bond, who is eager to continue the department’s upward rise.”
