Accept your offer
To accept, complete both steps below. Please note that we have two payments required to join the program, a $1,000 Enrollment Confirmation Deposit, and a $2,000 Orientation Fee. These payments are made separately, and both are required to secure your spot in the class. The Enrollment Confirmation Deposit and Orientation Fee are non-refundable if you later elect to not enter the program.
The $1,000 Enrollment Confirmation Deposit is a tuition deposit and will be applied to your first quarter’s tuition.
To Pay the Enrollment Confirmation Deposit (ECD), return to the Graduate Application portal and follow the steps for accepting your offer.
Log in to the Application Status page
Note: We highly recommend that you electronically save or print a copy of your enrollment confirmation deposit for your records.
The $2,000 Orientation Fee covers all activities and events offered through MBA Program Launch in the month leading up to the start of Autumn 2025 classes.
In order to complete this payment you will be required to log in using your recently created UW NetID and password. If you encounter any issues while attempting to make your payment, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
Pay The Orientation Fee by Credit Card

Announcements and program updates from Foster will come through MyMBA and/or UW email. Don’t miss out on early deadlines for important career preparation opportunities, including company information sessions, summer camps, and career conferences. Join MyMBA and visit the Career Management page to keep up with these pre-program opportunities. MyMBA will also help you stay ahead of important academic, student life, and event registration deadlines as you prepare for the Foster MBA. You’ll even find tips on moving and setting up your life in here in Seattle! Because all updates from UW and Foster will come via MyMBA and/or through your UW email, be sure to set up email forwarding.
Once you accept your offer and we receive both your enrollment confirmation deposit and orientation fee payment, we will reach out to you via email to confirm receipt and enrollment in the Class of 2027. Then, we’ll send instructions on how to access MyMBA to the email you provided on your application.
Before you will be eligible to start classes in autumn, there are many action items required to finalize your enrollment as a new student. Please log in to your Graduate Application Account now and review all “Action Items” listed on your application status page, and put deadlines on your calendar. New students are required to submit official transcripts, immunization records, and complete new student trainings and tasks prior to the start of Autumn quarter. Allow plenty of time to complete these important items.
IMPORTANT! Students planning to study on an F-1 Visa should log in to their Graduate School Application now and review the “International Student Information” section to begin the process to request your I-20. Detailed information on the I-20 process and next steps to access the UW MyISSS portal are listed in your Graduate Application Portal. The I-20 process can take 4-6 weeks at the University of Washington, so we recommend that you start immediately.
MBA Program Launch (Orientation)
All new students are expected on campus for MBA Program Launch on August 25. Students studying on a F-1 Visa will also be required to attend International Student Orientation starting August 20. We will share the schedule for MBA Program Launch closer to the beginning of the academic year.
Please note that MBA Program Launch is for first-year MBA students and there is required programming Monday-Friday throughout September. Portions of MBA Program Launch are degree requirements, and all components set students up for academic and professional success.
It’s important to note the Full-time MBA Program’s academic calendar slightly differs from the University of Washington’s academic calendar. More information will be shared during the required Incoming Student webinars held this summer.
Required Summer Incoming Student Webinars
To prepare students for MBA Program Launch and the academic year, the MBA Student Affairs team will host Incoming Student Webinars this summer. Incoming MBAs are required to attend one remote session. More information and registration will be posted to the MyMBA Class of 2027 site later this spring.
Declining Your Offer of Admission
While we certainly hope you are joining Foster, if you wish to decline your offer of admission, we ask that you communicate this to us by the enrollment confirmation deadline. Please return to the UW Graduate Admissions Application portal, and upon logging in take the steps to decline your offer. You will be prompted to fill out a survey regarding your decision to decline your admissions to the University of Washington. While completely optional, we hope you will consider taking a few minutes to complete the survey to share feedback with the Foster MBA Admissions team about your experience with our program, staff, and students. Your feedback is valued and critical to us to help us review ways we can improve in the future. We appreciate you taking the time to complete the decline survey and wish you all the best at the MBA program and university you have selected.
