This spring, a team of graduate students from the University of Washington’s Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) program completed a high-impact capstone project in partnership with the UW Climate Risk Lab. Their objective was to analyze how wildfire risk is reshaping real estate markets and insurance exposure across Western Washington.
