Foster MBA students can help you define your business’s growth strategy, identify ways to improve your customer/user experience, create relevant and accurate financial models, and even recommend ways in which your business can further enhance its socially responsible and sustainable business practices. Teams of Foster MBA students will work with you to research complex business challenges and provide you with actionable recommendations.

MBA Global Consulting Projects

Utilizing their training in strategy, finance, marketing, operations and supply chain management, teams of Foster MBA students will work with you to do in-country research and present recommendations.

Master of Supply Chain Management Consulting Projects

Strategy Development Case Competition

The Foster School partners with Seattle’s thriving and innovative business community to develop forward-looking, customized cases centered on a current strategic issue. This required capstone course, Strategic Business Management (MGMT 430), taken during one quarter of Foster undergraduate’s senior year, positions student teams in front of executives to make formal presentations on their recommendations.

Undergraduate Consulting Projects

Teams of Foster undergraduate students work in partnership with businesses to serve as consultants on real-world business issues. They do in-depth analysis and research over the course of a 10-week quarter. At the conclusion, a formal written report and a final presentation will be made to the company. Projects range on topics from foreign market entry strategy to comprehensive marketing plans.
