Cancellations
All requests for cancellation, refund, or substitution must be received in writing (e-mail is acceptable). Cancellation policies outlined below by how many days prior to program start the cancellation occurs:
On-Campus Course cancellation policy
- 30 days prior: 100% refund for withdrawal. Participant substitutes are allowed with no administrative fee.
- 15 to 29 days prior: 50% refund for withdrawal. Participant substitutes may be allowed on a case by case basis.
- 2 to 14 days prior: No refund for withdrawal. Participant substitutes may be allowed on a case by case basis.
- Less than 48 hours prior: No refunds or substitutions will be permitted.
Online Course Cancellation policy
- 10 days prior: 100% refund for withdrawal
- 4 to 9 days prior: 50% refund for withdrawal
- Less than 72 hours prior: No refunds will be permitted
Program dates, fees, and faculty are subject to change. If a program is cancelled, Executive Education will refund the tuition in full; however, we are not responsible for travel, accommodations, or other expenses incurred by the participant.
Certificates and Continuing Education Units
When you successfully complete a UW Foster Executive Education program or seminar, you receive a certificate. You are also eligible to receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs). More information about CEUs. Our Online Career Boosters courses are not eligible for certificates or CEUs.

Non-profit organizations Applicable for employees of 501(c)(3) organizations |

Payments
Registrants may pay by check or credit card. Your space in the program is not confirmed until payment is received. Also, please note that for seminars that require pre-work, you will not receive the materials before payment.
Payments by check will be processed by Student Fiscal Services (SFS) at the University of Washington. SFS processes checks electronically using the information on the check to create an electronic funds transfer. Each time you send a check, you authorize a one-time electronic transfer where funds will be withdrawn from your bank account.
If you would like to request a copy of your payment receipt, please contact [email protected]. Please note that we cannot issue Form 1098-T, because Executive Education classes are non-credit programs.
