Aditya Ramadhan
| Graduated with bachelor’s degrees in management and business administration from the University of Indonesia and the University of Amsterdam, Aditya’s background spans across diverse sectors including venture capital at Pegasus Tech Ventures, management consulting at BCG, and consumer technology at Gojek. Harboring aspirations to establish his own EdTech venture in the future, Aditya came to Foster aiming to strengthen his business acumen and cultivate network to drive innovation and impact. Beyond his professional and academic pursuits, Aditya is deeply committed to fostering inclusivity and community engagement. As he prepares to embark on a transformative year serving as a board member for Out in Business and participating in the Fritzky Fellowship, he seeks to pay forward the support and guidance he has received from his peers and mentors. With a focus on nurturing an inclusive environment at Foster, Aditya is dedicated to assisting incoming MBA candidates in acclimating to their new environment and navigating the challenges of their first year, ensuring that all students have the resources and support they need to thrive. |
Austin Katigan
| Austin grew up in Oklahoma City, OK before attending Dartmouth College where he majored in English and was a member of the Dartmouth football team. After graduating, Austin moved to Houston, TX to join The Hanover Company, a national real estate company focused on multifamily residential development projects. Austin spent the next 8 years at Hanover working across multiple roles, including finance and development, before moving to Seattle in 2022 to join evolution Projects, LLC. An avid skier and hiker, Austin dreamed of moving to the PNW and absolutely loves all that Seattle and the state of Washington has to offer! Austin came to Foster to enhance his leadership and technical skills with the goal of transitioning to a career in the outdoor industry. This summer, Austin will be interning with Nike in Beaverton, OR as a Graduate Finance Intern. Austin is passionate about leadership and is excited about the opportunity to welcome the next class of Foster students. As someone who gained so much guidance and mentorship from the Fritzky program as a first-year student, Austin is thrilled to help guide first year students through this exciting time in their lives. |
Ellen Schneider | Ellen is from New Orleans, Louisiana in the United States but has lived internationally for the nine years. She worked as an English as a Second Language teacher in South Korea, Hong Kong, and Spain. She has worked in a variety of educational institutions, including public schools, private academies, online tutoring platforms, a university, and an edtech startup. In addition to teaching, she has experience working in training and recruiting in the education sector. She excels at simplifying and explaining complex problems. She will intern as a Senior Strategy Consultant with Accenture over the summer. Ellen is looking forward to the opportunity to serve as a Fritzky Fellow. She’s eager to meet and work with the incoming class of 2026. In addition to the fellowship, Ellen will be serving as the Co-President for Out in Business and as the VP of Casing Development for the Foster Consulting Society. |
Elsa Morales | Elsa grew up in Monterrey, Mexico where she studied a B.S. in Clinical and Health Psychology at Tecnológico de Monterrey, followed by a M.A. in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at Monterrey Institute of Psychoanalysis. She worked for seven years as a school psychologist and a program coordinator at Tec de Monterrey´s high school, while managing her private psychotherapy practice. Elsa came to Foster to learn more about business and pursue a career in consulting. Elsa is excited to be part of the Fritzky Fellows program because of her desire to be helpful to others and her drive to give back to the Foster community. Elsa is going to intern at A.T. Kearney as a Summer Associate in the Summer of 2024, and will be serving as Foster´s MBAA´s VP of Wellness. |
Grace Weinstein | Grace is a proud Alaskan, born in Juneau and raised in a small town just outside of Anchorage. She attended McGill University for her undergrad where she obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering. She then worked as a strategy consultant for four years at Oliver Wyman. From there, she transitioned into the startup world where she worked in strategy and growth. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit and a keen interest in tech innovation, Grace found her way to the Foster MBA program. Here, she aims to refine her entrepreneurial skillset while transitioning into the technology industry. Grace will intern at TikTok this summer, eager to contribute to the fast-paced growth of e-commerce within TikTok Shop. Grace is excited to work with first year students as a Fritzky Fellow and welcome them to the Foster community. Her goal is to foster an environment where everyone feels valued and supported through their unique MBA journeys. Beyond her involvement with Fritzky, Grace is also a Forté Fellow and loves spending time outside with friends, family, and her mini–Aussie Ruthie. |
Kanika Prakash | Kanika was born in India and raised in Kuwait and Dubai. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance and actuarial math, as well as an ACCA certification (CPA Equivalent). Throughout her 4.5 years of professional experience, she has worked in established consulting firms and boutique startups, focusing on strategy, and operations, audit, and delving into finance and risk management across 20 different industries. Kanika is skilled in project management, client communication, and data analysis. However, Kanika’s most fulfilling role has been as a mental health on-call volunteer, where she has provided support to over 100 individuals in distress. Kanika discovered the power of mentorship through her Fritzky Fellows, igniting her own personal and professional motivations. Now, as a Fritzky Fellow herself, she is enthusiastic to pay it forward, eager to illuminate the path for incoming MBA students. This summer, Kanika joins T-Mobile as an MBA Technology, Risk, and Compliance Intern. Kanika is a VP of Student Resources and a member of the GSEE board. Outside school, she enjoys traveling, dancing, playing musical instruments, and volunteering. |
Manmeet Singh Behl | Manmeet hails from India, where he completed his Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication. His career journey began at Fidelity Investments, where he made a significant impact by developing an in-house solution that saved a quarter million dollars annually. Eager to make a more personal and community-centered impact, Manmeet transitioned to the agricultural services sector in his home state, spearheading digital transformation initiatives in the poultry industry. His efforts modernized legacy systems, introducing innovations in digital payments, distribution, and transportation. Realizing that a deeper understanding of business could amplify his impact, Manmeet pursued an MBA to equip himself with the skills needed to use technology to empower and enable people on a larger scale. Manmeet’s enriching interactions with his Fritzky Fellow were instrumental in navigating his first year, instilling in him a desire to give back to the community. As a Fritzky Fellow, he is committed to supporting incoming MBA students in their professional and personal growth, drawing from his diverse experiences in technology and business transformation to inspire and mentor the next generation of leaders. |
Matthew O’Connor | Matt grew up in Slate Hill, New York and moved to Boston to get his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Boston University. While working as an orthopedic physical therapist, he had the opportunity to help care for patients during the first wave of the COVID19 pandemic. He helped create a novel program at Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA that treats patients dealing with Long COVID. This experience inspired him to go back to school for his MBA with the long-term goal of working in healthcare administration or biotechnology. This past summer, Matt worked as a marketing intern for Abbott Laboratories’ Diabetes Care Team in San Francisco. Matt had a phenomenal experience with his Fritzky Fellows, and firmly believes in mentorship as a means of strengthening the community and creating long lasting relationships. The mentorship Matt has received in his life has helped guide him through his most challenging moments, and he looks forward to doing the same for others. Outside of the fellowship, Matt is also the Vice President of Academic Affairs for the 2025 MBA cohort. He enjoys ultramarathon running, cycling, reading, funk music, and freshly baked bread. |
Megha Soni | Megha was born in Delhi, India, and was brought up in the Middle East. She went back to India for her undergrad in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Manipal University, post which she worked in the project management and cybersecurity space at Schneider Electric in Bangalore. Later, she joined Amazon as a program manager focusing on enhancing the security of Amazon payroll systems globally. She has also volunteered at various women and youth empowerment non-profits and enjoys dancing, music, and exploring new cultures through traveling. Megha has benefited greatly from her mentors and Fritzky leaders who helped her navigate challenging situations. She is excited to give back and help incoming students make the most of their MBA experience. |
Menyon Byrd | Detroit native Menyon Byrd is a seasoned HR professional with over seven years of experience. She holds both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Human Resources. Most recently, Menyon served as an Employee Relations Lead, playing a strategic role in fostering employee engagement, DE&I initiatives, and leadership development. Menyon is passionate about empowering others. She recognizes the positive impact mentors, friends, and family have had on her own journey, and is excited to pay it forward. As a Fritzky Fellow and incoming Consortium Liaison, she’s dedicated to being a pillar of support and resource for incoming students, especially during the often-challenging first year. This summer, Menyon will further hone her HR skills as a Human Resources Transformation Summer Associate at PwC in Chicago. |
Monica Kunzel | Monica grew up in the Bay Area before earning her BS in Environmental Economics and Policy at Oregon State University. She started her career working in both Environmental Engineering consulting and Project Management. Through this role, she managed large-scale environmental land remediation projects throughout the Bay Area. Monica also ran the US Sustainability Committee, through which she started and co-hosted a sustainability podcast. She turned to Foster to transition into a role centered around sustainability. Monica is excited to work with the incoming class of MBA candidates as a Fritzky Fellow. She has a passion for mentorship and looks forward to supporting the new students. Over the summer, Monica interned at Starbucks on their EV Charging and Solar Team. She also looks forward to continuing her work with the Net Impact Club at Foster as the incoming Co-President. |
Reed Hawkins | Reed grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area before moving to Seattle to pursue engineering. He earned his B.S. in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Washington, to which he has triumphantly returned to earn his MBA and obtain the much-coveted “Triple Dawg” status. After graduating, Reed worked for Boeing Commercial Airplanes in Production Engineering, where he gained experience in lean manufacturing and project management in the world’s sixth largest building by volume. He then transitioned to Aerodynamic Performance and Sales Support Engineering, focusing on the technical aspects of commercial airliner marketing and sales for customers in the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. With a passion for aviation, the great outdoors, transportation logistics, and entrepreneurship, Reed is poised to inspire and support others, whether in his academic journey at the Foster School of Business or through professional achievements and personal pursuits. He is looking forward to the opportunity to serve as an ambassador of the Foster School of Business and inspire others to lead, be insightful, and drive progress as a Fritzky Leadership Fellow. |
