Adithya Viswanathan

A puzzle-lover with roots in Bangalore, India, Adithya has journeyed across disciplines–from software development to product management–with curiosity and purpose. His professional path is complemented by a rich creative life: in a past chapter, Adithya was a thespian who built and ran a not-for-profit production house, an experience he draws on for leadership and storytelling. Currently pursuing an MBA, Adithya will be pivoting and interning as a management consultant at BCG this summer.
These varied experiences have instilled deep empathy and an appreciation for nuance and felicitousness in him. Adithya looks forward to bringing this multifaceted perspective to the Fritzky program, where he hopes to both contribute and grow through meaningful mentorship relationships.

Debjyoti Samanta

Debjyoti grew up in Delhi, India, and completed his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. Before joining Foster, he spent five years in management consulting at ZS, where he led cross-functional teams and global pharmaceutical clients to optimize commercial operations and lead product strategies that enhanced healthcare outcomes across markets. His experience spans data-driven decision-making, incentive design, and AI-based reporting, with a strong focus on impact and collaboration.
Inspired by the support he received from his own Fritzky mentors and his prior mentorship experience at ZS – Debjyoti is excited to give back to the Foster community by helping incoming students navigate the MBA journey with confidence and clarity.
This summer, he will intern at Merck, working on commercial strategy and launch readiness within the healthcare sector. At Foster, he also serves as EVP of the Operations Club and VP of Operations for the Consulting Society. A passionate Liverpool supporter, Debjyoti enjoys hiking, trekking, and all outdoors.

Gregory Sevilla

Greg spent his childhood in the San Francisco Bay Area before moving to Washington State as a teen. He moved to Seattle, earning a BS in Cell, Molecular, Developmental Biology and a BA in Philosophy at the University of Washington, and has now lived in Seattle for over a decade. His background is in biotechnology, starting off as a cancer researcher before transitioning his career as a founding employee at a therapeutics startup. His experience with startups inspired him to deepen his understanding of business by going back to school to pursue his MBA in his second stint at UW. This summer, Greg will work as a product management intern at GE Healthcare on AI-driven solutions for cancer treatment.
At Foster, Greg is passionate about entrepreneurship and storytelling. He participated in Nucleate, a entrepreneurship activator program, as a Go-To-Market Strategy Manager, and is also Co-President of the Foster Marketing Association for the 2025-26 school year.
Greg is excited to work with first year students as a Fritzky Fellow. He wants to provide relatable source of experience as they navigate the first year of the MBA program. Outside of the program, Greg enjoys watching and playing basketball, scuba diving, and travelling.

Harika Jayanthi

Born in India, Harika grew up in multiple cities across India and Japan, a journey that shaped her nuanced and multicultural worldview. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, and has a professional work experience of 3 years, most recently at Oracle, where she worked as a Senior Software Engineer in their cloud computing division.
At the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, Harika is pursuing her MBA to transition to technical product management. This summer, she will be interning with Amazon as a Senior Technical Product Manager Intern.
Harika thrives on stepping outside her comfort zone and embracing new challenges. As a Fritzky Fellow, Harika is excited to support first-year students as they find their place at Foster – by aiding them in figuring out their career paths, helping them adjust to a new culture, or simply listening to them as they navigate the ups and downs of the MBA journey. Having gone through those transitions herself, she hopes to lead with empathy, keep the conversations real, and help others build confidence along the way.

Jipsa Rao Vankayala

Originally from Hyderabad, India, Jipsa holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering. Prior to Foster, she spent several years at IBM and Infor, where she played pivotal roles as a Lead Quality Engineer and Automation Specialist. Passionate about the intersection of technology, strategy, and innovation, she came to Foster to transition into product management and strategy, aiming to shape data-driven solutions that create meaningful impact.
Beyond academics, Jipsa is deeply committed to promoting inclusivity, mentorship, and women’s leadership in tech. She is a Forté Fellow and the current VP of Data & Analytics club and Global Business Association. Having experienced firsthand the value of community and mentorship, Jipsa is eager to support incoming MBA students as they navigate the challenges and opportunities of their first year. As a Fritzky Fellow, she hopes to foster a welcoming environment where every student feels empowered to grow, contribute, and thrive.

Mahima Kapoor

Mahima grew up in Vancouver, BC and attended the University of British Columbia, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Physiology. After graduating, she joined the world of tech consulting, where she advised Fortune 500 clients on data strategy, M&A integrations, and digital transformation.
Mahima came to Foster to pivot into product and strategy roles in tech and explore the startup and VC scene. She’s passionate about data, storytelling, and building products that make a positive impact.
Outside of the classroom, Mahima loves podcasting, dancing, and exploring Seattle’s food scene. She’s incredibly grateful for the mentorship she received through the Fritzky program and is excited to now pay it forward as a second-year fellow, helping incoming students find their place at Foster.

Malvika Gupta

After earning her bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering in India, Malvika pursued a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. She began her career as a software engineer at ARM Limited. After four years at ARM, her interest in Product Marketing and Management grew through her involvement in a customer-facing project. This led her to transition from engineering to business by joining an education startup, where she spearheaded key marketing initiatives, including email marketing, E-Commerce operations and social media strategy.
Malvika came to Foster to deepen her marketing expertise and pivot to product marketing. She will intern at Amazon Music as a Senior Product Marketing Manager over the summer.
Outside of her professional work, Malvika is passionate about community involvement and creating positive change. She has been a facilitator for the #IamRemarkable initiative by Google for the past five years, empowering women and underrepresented groups through self-promotion, and served as a DEI champion at ARM for two years. Malvika’s commitment to community service inspired her to join the Fritzky Fellowship, where she is excited to mentor the incoming class. She looks forward to supporting their MBA journeys, just as she was supported, and giving back to the Foster community. In addition to her fellowship role, Malvika serves as the VP of Communications for the Foster Marketing Club.

Mert Kocyigit

Mert was born in Austria but moved to the United States at 4 years old. He grew up in Southern California and studied Economics for his undergraduate degree.
After his undergrad he moved to Seattle to work for Convoy, a late-stage start-up focused on digitizing the trucking industry. He worked at Convoy for 5 years and had a number of roles in Operations to Account Management. Convoy shut down which prompted Mert to pursue his MBA and focus on Finance after experiencing the highs and lows of a rapidly-growing business.
Mert has experience with mentorship through his undergrad and work experience and looks forward to the opportunity to build and share his leadership skills. In addition to being a Fritzky Fellow, he will serve as co-President for Challenge 4 Charity (C4C) in 2026. This summer, his internship will be with Korry Electronics as an MBA Finance Intern. Lastly, he has great recommendations on where to explore outdoors after living in Seattle for the last 5 years and being an avid outdoor enthusiast.

Olivia Shetty

Olivia grew up outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and pursued a bachelor’s degree in Education in Northfield, Minnesota at St. Olaf College. Prior to joining the Foster School, Olivia spent 4 years in India where she worked at an international school as a middle school administrator and served as a Healthcare Access Advocate for women and girl survivors of domestic violence and trafficking. After moving back to the US, she managed the physician mentorship program at NYU Grossman School of Medicine where she initiated an innovative coaching model for senior medical professionals to engage with and advise medical students. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys hiking, running, and spending time in Seattle’s gorgeous parks with her friends and partner, Shetty.
Olivia is thrilled to be part of the Fritzky Fellows program because of her passion for mentorship and sincere desire to give back to the Foster community. Olivia will intern at Medtronic as an associate in a Market Development team this summer in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Prithvi Krishnan

Prithvi grew up in Singapore before moving to the United States to pursue his undergraduate degree. He attended New York University in New York City and majored in Economics. After graduating, Prithvi moved to Houston, TX, where he worked across multiple roles at HP Enterprise, including business development, finance, and pricing. He has experience working with cross-functional and global teams, driving initiatives that optimized internal processes and reporting that supported better decision-making. Prithvi came to Foster with the goal of enhancing his leadership skills and business acumen and is hoping to work in corporate finance, partnering with business leaders to improve financial performance and drive business objectives through improved decision-making.
Prithvi is passionate about leadership and is looking forward to the opportunity to serve as a Fritzky fellow. He is especially excited about meeting and working with the incoming class of 2027. After a great experience with his own Fritzky fellows as a first-year, Prithvi is committed to helping MBA candidates at Foster settle into their new environment, navigate the challenges of the program, and build a strong foundation for their time at Foster and beyond.

Stefan Lozano

Stefan grew up in Northeast Los Angeles and earned his bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of California, Davis. He began his career in the entertainment industry before discovering his passion and strength in public health. As a Project Coordinator and Operations Strategist at a nonprofit focused on expanding healthcare access for underserved communities in Los Angeles, Stefan led initiatives to streamline internal workflows for revenue growth and organized community resource fairs that provided free health services and Medi-Cal enrollment support to uninsured residents.
Stefan is deeply committed to uplifting others and giving back to his community. He is excited about the opportunity to support students and pay forward the guidance and encouragement he received during his own first year.

Vineetha Ramesh

Vineetha is from Bengaluru, India, and brings nearly eight years of experience at the intersection of technology, education, and social impact. She began her career at J.P. Morgan as a Technology Analyst before transitioning into the EdTech space, where she found her passion for creating inclusive, learner-centered solutions. She led cross-functional teams to launch innovative products and enhance student engagement, which made high-quality educational resources more accessible. Beyond her professional work, she is deeply committed to driving social change. She co-hosted A Little More Light, a podcast that amplified voices on issues important to young people.
From the very beginning, Vineetha was inspired by the passion, thoughtfulness, and sense of community that define the Fritzky Fellows program. She’s excited to pay forward the support she has received by contributing to the journeys of incoming students while continuing to grow as a leader herself.
This summer, she will be interning at Amazon as a Senior Product Manager – Technical Intern, further deepening her expertise in building scalable, user-centered solutions.
