Foster Special Events

Special events at the Michael G. Foster School of Business bring community and business leaders together with Foster students and alumni to network and discuss current trends, business best practices, leadership, and much more.


Join family, friends, faculty members and classmates at Foster graduation celebrations, where the Foster School will honor undergraduate and graduate degree recipients. Find program-specific graduation details—parking, time, location, what to wear, who will speak, and so forth for each graduation event.

Foster celebrations are separate from the University of Washington Commencement Ceremony, which is on June 11, 2016 at Husky Stadium. Revel in the moment and use your degree to make a difference in new business ventures and life.

Leaders to Legends Breakfast Lecture Series

The Leaders to Legends Breakfast Lecture Series spotlights leaders from various industries. Alumni: Continue your business education. Students: Discover new possibilities. A Q&A session will follow each lecture. The cost of attendance is $10 payable by check, cash, or credit card. UW faculty, staff, students, and Dean’s Club members receive free admission. WHERE: UW Seattle campus, Dempsey Hall 3rd floor, Anthony’s Forum. Parking is available in lot N5, which can be accessed from the main campus entrance at 17th Ave NE and N 45th St.
