A new documentary screening this Sunday, “On the Brink,” explores the toll of gentrification on the Central District, the neighborhood that has been the heart of Seattle’s African-American community for decades. Jeffrey Shulman, a professor in the UW’s Foster School of Business and the producer of the film, and Donald King, a UW affiliate professor of architecture, are interviewed.
