At nearly 100 years strong, there is an ever-growing base of alumni, friends, faculty, staff and businesses supporting your education and enabling opportunities for you now and in the future. With focus on engagement, gratitude and giving, this is your chance to Celebrate! and claim your Foster pride in a variety of ways.

Celebrate! Seniors
Seniors, this is your day to celebrate! Stop by for pizza, Foster swag and your chance to learn more about what’s available to you post-graduation. Congrats, you’re about to be GOLD! Not a Senior? You should still stop by – we’ll have some things lined up for you, too.
Stop by PACCAR’s Jiambalvo Fireplace Thursday, Feb. 27 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Career Networking Night
On Thursday, Feb. 6 the Foster Alumni Relations team hosted a networking night as a way for alumni and current undergraduates to connect. Twenty-five alumni and 100 students attended. See photos from the event.

CEO Panel on the IPO and M&A Process
On Thursday, Feb. 20 Foster students joined alumnus, benefactor and venture capitalist Neal Dempsey – the Foster School’s visiting 2013-2014 Edward V. Fritzky Chair in Leadership – as he brought to campus three executives with extensive experience in the IPO and M&A process. They offered a rare, in-depth, first-person glimpse into the complicated and extensive steps involved in both transactions.

CEO Correspondence Dinner with PEMCO Insurance CEO Stan W. McNaughton
On Thursday, Feb. 20 the Business Ethics Association organized a community dinner for students that provided the opportunity to hear from the CEO of a major Seattle-based company about what makes a leader effective and great.

Did you know? Last year 3,907 Foster alumni, friends, faculty and staff donated $15,050,564 to enhance your business education. From scholarships and new facilities to the EY Center for Undergraduate Career Advancement and student programs, on a daily basis you benefit from private gifts that supplement tuition and state support in significant ways.

Thank-a-Donor Day
On Tuesday, Feb. 11 students stopped by PACCAR to sign and record thank you messages to the many supporters of Foster.

In 2009, Foster School students helped establish a fund that gives back directly to fellow undergraduates. The Foster Community Fund supports events, learning opportunities, speakers and other activities to benefit the entire community. Any Foster student can apply to fund a great idea. Participation at any level matters and is encouraged among all students. Know your gift today – on top of tuition! – is an incredible act of generosity, indicating to Foster alumni and friends this place is worth investing in!

You can also choose to direct your gift to other areas as well, like scholarships, the Accounting Development Fund or any of the great Departments, Centers or Programs at Foster.
