“Fostering an Idea Culture” with Crystal Farh – November 24, 2020
In the COVID-19 era, the status quo is being disrupted at warp speed – and yet, in this disruption lies the opportunity to see and do things differently, better than before. How can we make sure the ideas that emerge in this season translate into innovation for a better tomorrow? In this presentation, Crystal Farh will share her research on how to foster an idea culture, where employees are actively engaged in coming up with high quality ideas for improvement, employees are speaking up with their ideas, and leaders are acting on ideas to drive performance improvements. Key challenges to fostering an idea culture and research-based tips on how to address those challenges will be discussed.
