Foundations in Diversity & Inclusion content overview
Diversity is about acknowledging and respecting the differences of the people who you work with, while inclusion is creating a culture of trust and belonging that enables every individual to maximize their contributions. Company culture isn’t set simply by the guidance of HR, it manifests across each layer and team in an organization. Intentionally building a culture where employees and leaders embrace diversity and inclusion can have tremendous benefits for your organization. This course is valuable for team members at all levels, offering an engaging experience that is part introspective and part interactive. Through a combination of hands-on techniques, the course facilitator will guide participants to look inward to externally produce results that allow those around them to thrive.
