Neighborhood Small Business Relief Fund

Amazon’s $5 million Neighborhood Small Business Relief Fund is offering cash grants to small Seattle businesses in need of assistance. Learn more about Amazon’s Neighborhood Relief Fund.

Facebook Small Business Grants Program

Facebook’s $100M Small Business Grant program is offering cash grants and ad credits for up to 30,000 eligible small businesses in over 30 countries. Learn more about Facebook’s grant program.  

Economic Injury Disaster Loans

The US Small Business Administration (SBA) provides up to $2 million of financial assistance to small businesses or private, non-profit organizations that suffer substantial economic injury as a result of the declared disaster, regardless of whether the applicant sustained physical damage. Business Resource Center

Alice, a virtual accelerator for primarily female entrepreneurs, is offering $10,000 grants for small businesses, as well as tools for operating online such as remote working solutions, and creating an online presence. Learn more about the resource center.

Small Business Stabilization Fund

City of Seattle will commit approximately $1.5 million in one-time Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to the Small Business Stabilization Fund, an emergency fund that provides working capital grants in amounts up to $10,000 to qualifying small businesses. Utility & Tax Resources 

Deferred Utility Payment Plans

Immediate utility relief for residential and commercial customers with Seattle Public Utilities (SPU), Seattle City Light (SCL), or Puget Sound Energy who are financially impacted by the outbreak. Read Mayor Durkan’s announcement about the deferred utility payment plans.

Tax Filing Extension for Small Businesses

The City of Seattle is offering relief to small businesses by extending the B&O tax filing and payment deadline until later this year. Learn more about filing a tax extension.

Utility Discount Program

The Utility Discount Program (UDP) offers eligible customers a 60% discount on their Seattle City Light bill and a 50% discount on their Seattle Public Utilities bill. UDP is available for income-qualified residential households. Learn more about UDP.
