About

I am a fourth year doctoral student in Technology Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management. My primary interest is the design of organizations, how they manage and development knowledge, and the coevolution of the tools and technologies they utilize. Broadly my research looks at the future of organizing and work, with a focus on systems, technology, and geography. Specifically, my dissertation explores location independent organizations with multiple theoretical lenses including coordination, learning, and hiring processes. Methodologically, I use a mix qualitative and quantitative data in my studies. Prior to my time at Foster, I worked in the aerospace industry as a member of technical staff, then as the director of research and development for an clean technology start-up, before living as a digital nomad for a year.
