If you decide to choose Foster, Foster’s Full-time MBA Launch (Orientation) kicks off on Wednesday, September 1 at 4:30 pm with a Welcome Reception with faculty and staff. The days and weeks that follow will be a series of events that will prepare you for your MBA experience and professional, leadership, and academic development. Plan to be involved with required Launch programming M-F 8 am – 5 pm. All MBA Launch activities are required. Currently, we are planning on predominantly in-person activities for this three-week orientation. However, due to the ongoing pandemic, we anticipate that some students will need to participate remotely due to Visa challenges or health concerns. As we approach the Autumn quarter, please communicate directly with Norah Fisher, Director of Student Affairs if you need to participate remotely.

Foster Faculty

Our world-class faculty draw upon their cutting edge research and current practices to create a relevant, engaging learning experience. When combined with on-campus visits from business luminaries, company treks, and applied strategy projects, Foster students accelerate their learning in collaboration with iconic companies in Seattle and beyond.

Foster’s faculty is one of the biggest strengths of the MBA program. Classroom dynamics exceeded my expectations: our professors are great at balancing lectures with experiential learning. Furthermore, they’re always available and willing to help in any way they can. They’re the best example of Foster’s intimate and collaborative culture. We’re lucky to have such a top-quality faculty.
