The benefits of the EMBA Program continue well past graduation. They can endure long into your career. Whether you earned your degree in 1985 or 2021, you have a common connection with fellow EMBA alumni – the shared experience. The EMBA experience was, and still is, filled with exemplary classmates, thought provoking discussion, a curriculum and faculty that pushed you to your limits at times, and above all – the study group. You already know the value of a great network. Whether it is work or social, it is often the company that you meet and keep that makes all the difference.

We want to help keep the network alive. The EMBA alumni network Web pages are designed to help you connect with the EMBA Program, your fellow alumni and your alma mater. Alumni are encouraged to participate in a number of exclusive events and activities tailored for EMBA graduates. The EMBA staff is committed to ensuring up-to-date information is available. You can learn about upcoming events, continuing education opportunities, career services and coaching and UW news.

Events & Activites

The EMBA Program and our active alumni are proud to periodically sponsor events and activities designed for our alumni to reconnect, connect, and learn. We do hope that you can join us at a future EMBA alumni event. Watch your e-mail for event announcements.

Audit a Class

Change in business is perpetual. And because of this, the learning never stops. Sharpen your skills; refresh your knowledge; expand your network. Whatever the reason, attending an EMBA class could very well raise awareness of what’s new. EMBA alumni are invited to choose from a select topic list and attend a class with current EMBA students and our long trusted faculty. For more information, and to RSVP, please contact Belina Makonnen via email at [email protected] or call 206-616-6435.

Recruit the Next Generation of EMBA Students

Here’s what you can do to spread the word about the Foster Executive MBA:

Do you know a colleague who could benefit from the same career-changing experience you shared with your EMBA classmates? Send us a referral email to let our admissions staff know about those promising candidates.

Many people who could benefit from an Executive MBA are unaware of the degree’s distinctive value. The Student Experience page presents an overview of the features and benefits of the program. Want to drop a gentle hint to a colleague who might be interested? Send a link to the Student Experience page.

Tell your EMBA story! Describe your EMBA experience, and let colleagues know how it changed your life. It can have a deciding impact on a prospective student’s decision to pursue admission to the program.

Contact the Program staff if you want to share your EMBA experience with others. Program staff may request that you speak to a prospective student with a similar background to yours, or invite you to speak at a recruiting or alumni event. Find out more about this year’s recruiting events.

The EMBA website contains the most up-to-date information on the program, news and events. Prospective students will also find information about the recruiting events and admission application process. Bookmark the site for yourself, and send the link to colleagues who express interest in the program.
