Regional

The Regional Program is designed for students who primarily work in the Seattle area and do not travel frequently for their jobs. All interactions are face-to-face within the Regional program.

  • Classes meet once per week, alternating Fridays and Saturdays (occasionally, classes are held on two consecutive days, both Friday and Saturday)
  • Study teams meet weekly on campus or at a mutually convenient location, often at a team member’s company
  • Help sessions (tutoring) are conducted on-campus early evening to reduce work conflicts
  • Fall Residence, the off-site week-long academic session in late-September, kicks off Autumn Quarter in year one

North America

Arriving from as far as Washington D.C. and Alaska or as close as Bellevue and Belltown, students in the North America appreciate this format because it takes them away from day-to-day responsibilities and distractions, allowing them to focus on their studies.

  • Classes meet once per month for four consecutive days (Wednesday through Saturday)
  • Study team meetings are virtual since North America students live throughout the U.S.
  • Help sessions (tutoring) are conducted online one night each week.
  • Fall Residence, the off-site week-long academic session in late-September, kicks off Autumn Quarter in year one

There is slightly more flexibility since study team meetings, additional online academic-content sessions, and help sessions (tutoring) are conducted online when students are not in Seattle for classes. There are many travel options to Seattle and housing (double occupancy) is included in the program fee. View travel and accommodation information.
