Who will attend?

Companies:

• Recruiters and hiring managers who can speak broadly about their organization, its culture, initiatives and opportunities.
• We have space for 35 companies, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Working professionals:

• We anticipate 200 participants, ranging from early-career to senior-level individual contributors and people managers in diverse functional areas.
• Attendees’ years of professional experience range from 4 to 15+ years, on average.
• Students and alumni mostly live in the Seattle area, but some are in other cities in North America and are willing to relocate for the right job opportunity.

How it works:

• After you register, our platform partner, vFairs, will share more details and support you in setting up your custom-branded booth quickly and efficiently with logos, videos, photos, documents and open job listings that illustrate your employer brand.
• Your recruiters, leaders and hiring managers block time to interact with participants in the virtual environment in group chats or 1:1 text, audio or video chats. We highly recommend ensuring your booth is staffed throughout the Virtual Career Fair, especially during 2:00-5:30pm PT on October 28, to maximize your real-time networking and recruiting opportunities.
